Floorboards Upstairs






Hi wise ones, we have just purchased a house where the carpet needs to be replaced. currently there is cypress line timber boards underneath. should we replace the carpet or sand back boards? concerned with sound with young children. appreciate your thoughts.. More of a word. for the last two weeks we have heard (4 times) movement in the ceiling/floor board space. it is def not mice, the noise is too heavy for mice, there is no poo and it doesn't smell..
